Prior to production, we conduct inspection on raw materials to ensure that they comply with our specifications and quality requirements. Raw materials, such as copper rod, tin-plated steel and tri-layer coated steel, are subsequently cut to the required size before further processing.
Subsequently, the metal sheets are fed to the metal stamping machine to form the desired parts using the mould. We employ progressive stamping, a multi-stage sequential stamping process, that allows multiple stamping operations to be performed within a single mould in one stamping machine. In comparison with single-stage stamping, progressive stamping is more efficient and usually used for products requiring higher precision and higher production volume. Our stamping machines can exert forces between 20 and 200 Tons. We have two metal stamping machines which have a production rate of 800 stamps per minute.
