Precision Metal-sampin Details

- Prior to production, we conduct inspection on raw materials to ensure that they comply with our specifications and quality requirements. Raw materials, such as copper rod, tin-plated steel and tri-layer coated steel, are subsequently cut to the required size before further processing.
Precision Plastic InjectionDetails

- In plastic injection moulding, plastic resins are melted and injected under specific temperature and pressure into the mould to form the desired plastic component.
Precision Incision Details

- CPT invests consistently in precise metal cutting capabilities for more than 16years, and more than 80 sets of different kinds of high-quality machines including single-axes and multi-axis metal cutting machines, thread-head processing machines, and imported CNC machines are available to process Iron, Brass, Aluminum, and PTFE materials with the precision level of 0.02mm.

- Parts or components which are die-cast, stamped, cut or moulded may require electroplating. Electroplating is the application of a metallic coating to provide a decorative finish and/or to increase resistance against wear and tear and corrosion. Electroplating can be performed on metal or plastic. Plastic is non-conductive and requires a more complicated pre-treatment process to increase its conductivity.

- We design and develop moulds for the manufacture of the metal parts and plastic components for our customers, using CAD/CAE and application software, such as AutoCAD, Moldflow, Pro-Engineering and Unigraphics. Typically, we participate in our customers' product development process by providing value-added advice on the cost and technical feasibility of the mould design and moulds required for the relevant parts which we produce.
Automation Assembly Details

- As part of our integrated service to our customers, we also provide services that include secondary processes such as riveting, welding, manual and automated assembly.
